Stephen Dent – Currently The President Of Dent Inc

Stephen Dent is currently the President of Dent Inc., which is an invest banking firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Dent founded the firm in 1986. As President of Dent Inc. he has a great deal of responsibilities to his firm. That list of responsibilities includes acting as primary overseer of Dent Inc.

Dent has accomplished quite a bit in the world of business, but this does not necessarily mean he is not an academic—the two are not mutually exclusive. Stephen Dent received his BA and MBA from Harvard University. He also has a lifelong hobby of studying marine life, which he still occasionally indulges in from time to time.

Stephen Dent’s impressive career work on various finance and investment activities. However, since 1982 he has worked on finance, investment, and acquisition. To say that this is not child’s-play would be an incredible understatement. Stephen began his long career in this area at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Upon completing graduate school, and immediately after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers for three years, Dent joined the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Whitter & Co. He later joined Rosenkranz & Company, a private investment firm. In that position he specialized in acquisitions for their account. He left to form his own company in 1986. That company was Dent Inc., where he is now President and where he oversees all investment activity.
